PORTXGROUP is pleased to announce the establishment of a Renewable Energy Systems Division. The new business unit is dedicated to delivering purposeful, practical solutions that transform how energy is generated, stored and used in Ports and Terminals.
Collin Swee has been appointed as a Director of the Renewable Energy Systems Division effective immediately. Collin brings a wealth of experience in Port & Logistics industry. He previously served as a Managing Director of Cargotec Malaysia from 2001 to 2016 and grew it from the establishment phase to a business with turnover in excess of RM100 Million and 150 multinational staff. From 2013 to 2016 Collin also held a position as a Director in the Cargotec Regional Executive Management Team overseeing the Asia Pacific Region. In the last 5 years Collin held a strategic consultancy position at USAHA TEKNIKAL Malaysia, where the technical team successfully delivered large Crane Renewable Energy System retrofit projects in Qatar, including crane refurbishment and life extension projects in Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia.
